I would favour white because of the possible coordination of his pieces on the attack of the king. Black has the cheapo threat of .. Rh1, Rxa2 Nc3+, dc3 Rxh2+ winning the white rook but I think Kd3 attacking the black knight on e4 may allow white options of Ne8+ followed by Nf6 allowing a pawn to stick on f6 sealing the black king followed by mating threats
well, you cannot ignore that "cheapo" threat; as you said white may play Kd3, but black has the continuation Rh1, forcing white to give up the rook; not to mention that black may escape with h6-Kh7

What would you play with Black and who has the advantage after this introduction play ?
On the direct 1Kd3
Fritz is suggesting 1..Nd2!, spotting the "cheapo" you guys mentioned.

3Ra2 Rh2+ winning back the rook.
so Moro's 1 Ne8+ Kg8 2 Nd7 !? sounds interesting, with the Nf6 motif that you guys saw earlier on.
Morozevich chess is always complex but fascinating !
